Returns & Refund Policy

At Hooked By Leah 🧶✨ every item is handmade with care, which means each piece is unique.

Returns 📦

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• unused
• in its original condition
• returned in original packaging where possible

Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item arrives faulty or incorrect.

Non-Returnable Items 🚫

Due to the handmade nature of our products, personalised or custom-made orders cannot be returned unless faulty.

Refunds 💳

Once your return has been received and inspected, you will be notified regarding your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Faulty or Damaged Items ⚠️

If your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can resolve this as quickly as possible.

Exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis depending on stock availability.
